Billing depends on your program. Weight care is billed monthly, while many other treatments are billed every 90 days. Custom skin formulas are billed every 60 days. You'll see your total charge and renewal schedule before you pay.

Each additional eligible program reduces your monthly total by $10, up to $30. The reduction applies to your highest-priced eligible program.

Duet counts programs, not individual medications. Combined erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation care counts as one program, as do both Vaginal Comfort creams. Programs under $40 still count toward Duet, but don't receive a reduction themselves.

No. A licensed pharmacy prepares it for you from the same active ingredient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

If prescribed, your medication is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. We'll let you know which pharmacy will fill your prescription before treatment begins.

Thaelio offers FDA-approved weight treatment options, including once-weekly injections and daily oral medications. If those options cannot meet your specific medical needs, a compounded treatment may be considered. We'll help you understand what may be appropriate for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

If prescribed, you'll pay the pharmacy directly for your medication. Your Thaelio care fee is separate, and we don't add a markup to the medication price. We'll explain the payment details for your treatment before you begin.

Thaelio care is month to month. If your plans change, you can cancel before your next billing date.
