For the life
you want to live.

Before you begin Zepbound.
Zepbound has a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors.
Don’t use it if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2.
Don’t use it if you’ve had a serious allergic reaction to tirzepatide or any of the ingredients in Zepbound.
The most common side effects are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, injection-site reactions, tiredness and heartburn. They're usually strongest when you start or step up a dose.
Keep your provider informed about your experience and questions.
Message or call us if you have vomiting or diarrhea that won't stop, signs of dehydration, a lump or swelling in your neck, trouble swallowing or a hoarse voice, mood changes, or if you're pregnant or planning to be. For urgent or concerning symptoms, seek emergency room care or see your primary care doctor. Call 911 for severe stomach pain that won't go away (it may reach your back), swelling of the face or throat, trouble breathing, or fainting.
We can revisit it together. Your provider can review how you're responding to Zepbound, discuss other options that may be appropriate, and explain any differences in cost before you decide.
You'll pay LillyDirect directly for your medication. Your Thaelio care fee is separate, and we don't add a markup to the medication price.
Thaelio care is month to month. If your plans change, you can cancel before your next billing date.
